At Fugug Heritage and Relief Association Corporation, we believe in a structured and transparent governance model that ensures the smooth functioning of our organization and the effective implementation of our mission and vision.
Our association is structured as follows:
The highest authority of our organization lies with our members. They convene for general meetings and special meetings to discuss and decide on key matters related to the organization.
Our Board of Directors is composed of the President, Secretory, Treasurer, and Directors. They are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring that our activities align with our mission and vision.
The Board has the authority to form regular or ad-hoc committees as needed. These committees are tasked with specific responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.
The Board calls a meeting of the members at least two times each calendar year. These include the annual general meeting and the mid-year meeting. These meetings serve as a platform for members to discuss and make decisions on important matters related to the organization.
Special meetings are convened by the Board whenever emergency or extraordinary conditions exist that may concern the Association. These meetings allow us to respond promptly and effectively to urgent situations.
We are committed to maintaining a governance model that promotes transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making. We believe that this structure enables us to better serve our members and the communities we work with.
